This is a horrible store location. Always have a good shopping experience at this location. Have been using it regularly since it was established in Providence Square many years ago. Ingress and egress are very easy.
I do love working for The Home Depot, because I just think it’s a wonderful place to work. I love the bonding, co-workers, and most of all I like the advancement that the company has. I would say 2 things about tool rental from this location, A) good luck with the tool you rent... The 2nd or 3rd one you try should work, and B) don't expect even modest customer service even when their tools don't work. There’s sometimes where I’ve been able to take nights off, but work a little bit longer on another night. So they’ve been very flexible. I needed something that was going to go around my schedule out of the building. I was able to come in and work in the morning, which is usually about six o’clock to maybe twelve o’clock.

Our main focus is getting product in front of customers quickly. This was a great store a few years ago. It's hard to believe that a location can slip so far down. Employees standing around in clusters and won't lift a finger to help. Ordered something online for pickup and they won't fill the order, and it says you picked it up.
Found several sales items, although military 10%discount is not applied the same, it was a positive experience. I waited for help for 20 minutes. With a product that shows it in stock but they couldn't find it. In stead they told me to look at another store. They did locate other stores that may have the part.
And then I went to school and then came back and closed the store, like from five to ten pm. And there is always an available store, if I was to move state to state in a transfer. When I started working here, I thought it was going to be like any other job, where they just like okay you are just another worker, but not here. Here they treat you like family.
